Mays Landing Golf & Country
Club is located on 175 acres in the pristine Pinelands of
Atlantic County, the tree-lined fairways and wide landing areas were
designed for both the advanced and novice golfer. Designed by the
late Leo Fraser, past president of the PGA and a leader in the
history of the game, Mays Landing represents his belief in
introducing the game to more players.
Full practice facilities with
driving range, chipping and putting greens and PGA professionals are
on hand for individual lessons.
Just in time for this season,
renovations were made to numerous holes at Mays Landing
Country Club to improve its overall lengthening and playability.
After a season of growing, all areas have matured and filled in as
if they had been there for years; most notable is Hole 10. Also
completed this year is an expansion and renovation of the creek
across Hole 16, now coming into play more often, and challenging
golfers to lay up or be rewarded with an easy par after a
water-clearing drive of over 245 yards. Scheduled for this season is
the upgrading of bunkers and improved rough areas, previously played
as woods or waste areas, with seeding and sodding. Long-range course
